FREE FLU shots - Thursday, November 8th, 2012 along with Parent/Teacher Conferences
Where: All shots will be given at the Elementary School - office area!!!
FREE for all students (18 years and younger)
When: Starting Thursday in the morning about 9:30 - 10:00 - starting with bus students with signed
consent forms and then all other students with signed consent forms.
Parents may also get a shot during conferences, but there will be a $20 charge for this - consent
form also needed.
